These terms cover this website and the tools Magic Door Studio runs alongside it. They are deliberately short, because this is a brochure site for a podcast production studio, not a platform you sign up to.

Who we are

Magic Door Studio is a podcast production company based in North County Dublin, Ireland. You can reach us at info@magicdoorstudio.ie.

Using this site

You may browse this site and send us an enquiry. There are no accounts to create and nothing to buy here. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing.

Bookings, productions and sponsorships are agreed separately in writing. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and prices shown are indicative until confirmed by us directly.

Our content

The text, images, branding and episode artwork on this site belong to Magic Door Studio or to the shows we produce, and may not be reused commercially without permission. Podcast names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Our podcast analytics tool

We run an internal tool that records daily performance statistics for the podcasts we produce, using the official APIs of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify, and only with the account holder’s authorisation. It reads aggregate figures for those accounts and nothing about individual followers, viewers or listeners. What it collects and how long we keep it is set out in our privacy policy.

A podcast host may withdraw our access at any time through their own platform settings. We use each platform’s API in line with that platform’s developer terms.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. We keep it accurate and available as best we can, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the business changes; the version on this page is the one that applies. They are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
